WHO WE ARE

Solution Specialties, Inc. is an Illinois-based corporation which was formed in 1987 to meet the case management needs of justice agencies. We have been working exclusively with justice agencies, and are the largest provider of PC-based case management software for the State of Illinois, where our business began. Today, however, our product, TRACKER®, is recognized as the most comprehensive software for managing adult and juvenile offenders, and is used by justice agencies coast-to-coast.
Solution Specialties provides innovative, friendly computer software that assists justice agencies with the serious and complex job of working with offenders. Seasoned at working within the justice system, we have created a comprehensive information system, TRACKER® which:
- assist employees with their day-to-day work,
- helps departments to become more effective, and
- enables managers to look at their agencies' work in ways that were never before possible.
